EHM Tech LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Dose44 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN

Dose44 is designed with your privacy as the top priority. All dose logging, peptide schedules, supply counts, and progress tracking, including your progress photos, are performed and stored entirely on your device. Your peptide, dose, and health data is never transmitted to our servers.

Data stored locally on your device includes:

Peptides (name, usual amount and unit, schedule, dose changes, per-weekday overrides, pauses, first and last day, reminder settings, color, route, allowed injection spots, half-life, notes, and an optional link to a Learn compound)
Dose logs (taken or skipped, time taken, amount and unit, injection spot, note, the vial or pen it came from and an optional second one for a split dose, and syringe size)
Supplies (vials, pens, fixed-dose pens, and bottles with their label, amount, powder or liquid form, mixed or opened date, discard-by date, liquid volume, syringe size, blend ingredients, brand, lot number, pharmacy or source, and notes, plus other items such as syringes, needles, and alcohol swabs with their counts)
Health and progress records (daily "How you felt" notes with symptoms, weigh-ins with optional waist and a weight goal, daily protein, calories, and water, and progress photos stored as image files in the App's own documents folder)
App settings (name for the greeting, week start, weight unit, reminder time zone and reminder text style, custom injection spots, Learn lessons read, theme, and onboarding progress)

We do not collect, store, or have access to your peptides, doses, supplies, injection spots, symptoms, weights, progress photos, or any other information you enter into the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

While your peptide and health data remains private on your device, we collect limited technical data to improve the App:

Anonymous usage analytics (via Firebase Analytics) to understand how features are used
Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) to identify and fix app stability issues
Purchase data for subscription management (via RevenueCat)
Device identifiers for fraud prevention and entitlement validation (via RevenueCat)

Analytics and crash reporting are only collected in release builds of the App. This data does not include peptide or compound names, dose amounts or units, injection spots, weights, symptoms, notes, supply names or counts, or progress photos.

Feature requests: When you tap "Request a feature" in the menu, the App loads the current list of requests from FeatureMe (featureme.dev), a feature-request board we run. The request carries no account, device identifier, or anything you entered in the App. Cloudflare, which hosts FeatureMe, logs it with your IP address and an approximate location estimated from that address, and we keep those logs for up to 7 days. Tapping a request, or the button to submit your own, opens featureme.dev in your browser. See FeatureMe's Privacy Policy.

3. NO ADVERTISING

Dose44 does not display any advertisements. We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not collect an advertising identifier, and we do not collect or share data with advertisers. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so it never receives your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Your experience is ad-free.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

Payment Processing: If you subscribe to Dose44 PRO, your payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment information.

Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat collects:

App usage events (app opened, subscription screens viewed)
Device type and operating system
Transaction data (purchase receipts, subscription status)
Last seen time in app

5. SUPPORT CONTACT DATA

If you contact us for support through the App, the support email may include technical information to help us assist you:

App version and build number
Operating system version
Device manufacturer and model
RevenueCat anonymous App User ID
Timezone

This information is only collected when you choose to initiate contact and is used solely to provide support. It does not include your peptides, doses, supplies, injection spots, symptoms, weights, or progress photos.

6. DATA RETENTION

Your peptides, dose logs, supplies, injection spots, day notes, weigh-ins, food and water entries, progress photos, and app preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is deleted. Backup files and CSV exports you save outside the App stay wherever you put them. Dose44 has no account or server to recover your data from, so keep your backups somewhere safe.

7. PERMISSIONS

The App may request the following permissions:

Notifications: To send dose reminders at each dose time and an optional trial-ending reminder, all scheduled on your device. Dose reminders are private by default: the lock screen shows "Dose due", not the peptide's name
Exact Alarms: To deliver dose reminders on time when you grant it (Android)
Boot Completed: To re-schedule reminders after your device restarts
Camera: To take progress photos inside the App, with your last photo shown as an overlay to line up the pose. The photos are kept in the App's own storage
Photo Library: To pick existing progress photos from your gallery through your system's photo picker; only the photos you pick are copied into the App
Internet: Required for analytics and crash reporting (Firebase), subscription validation (RevenueCat), and loading feature requests (FeatureMe)

Backups and CSV exports go through your system's share sheet, and restoring a backup uses your system's file picker to choose the file. Neither requires the App to request access to your files. The App takes still photos only and never records audio. It does not use your location or contacts, and it does not read from or write to Apple Health or Health Connect.

All permissions are optional (except internet for core functionality) and can be managed in your device settings.

8. EXPORT AND SHARING

The App lets you back up, restore, and export the records you create yourself:

Backup: One ZIP file (named Dose44-backup with the date) containing all your records, progress photos, custom injection spots, preferences, weight goal, and Learn lessons read, handed to your system's share sheet so you can save or send it
Restore: A backup ZIP you choose through your system's file picker, read on your device to bring your records back
Spreadsheet export: Seven CSV files (doses, peptides, vials and pens, day notes, other supplies, weights, and food and water) handed to your system's share sheet for use in a spreadsheet app. Progress photos are not included in the CSV export

Every backup and CSV file is created on your device and handed to your operating system's share sheet, where you choose the destination. The App does not upload backups or exports anywhere, and we do not access, intercept, or store any shared content. A backup contains your full dose history and progress photos, and the CSV files contain your dose and health records, so share them only with people and services you trust.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

Right to access information we hold about you
Right to request deletion of your data
Right to limit analytics via your device privacy settings
Right to data portability

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
